Over four weekends in early 2023, Caltrain suspended service between Millbrae and San Francisco for works. This was poorly communicated and left riders confused — most notably, there was little mention of the replacement bus service, with riders simply asked to "use alternative transportation options". This was accompanied by a truly terrible diagram of the disruption and alternatives, which served to further confusion. Frustrated, I decided to clear things up with a diagram of my own.
